Alpha Center Gala

Fort Collins, Colorado October 2011

The left photo shows Jennifer in the process of ‘creating a visual memory’ at the gala dinner while a narrator spoke about the center, their clients and their needs, with a pianist playing softly in the background.

The right photo is the finished large painting (which was later hung in Alpha’s college outreach center.)

An accompanying print of this image, titled “Orphans and Widows”, imprinted with

Faithful Partner of the Alpha Center” was given to each person attending the gala.

“It was amazing to have Jennifer at our Gala. She brought the story of lives transformed-to life-right before our eyes.
It was a special and unique way to tell our story.”

Jenny Langness, Executive Director, Alpha Center

Hannah Center Banquet

Marshfield, WI       October 2009

This same image, “Orphans and Widows” was also painted live during the musical presentation for
the Hannah Center maternity home annual fundraiser, with an accompanying print for each attendee.

“Ms. Boeke is a consummate artist, displaying her genuine concern for women and their unborn children in a self-effacing manner, drawing attention to the issue, rather than herself. We had many wonderful comments from our guests during and after this very remarkable evening’s presentation.”

Mari Bohman, Executive Director, Hannah Center
